the staff impressed me , especially the friendly concierge. i found the breakfast selection very varied , a real treat. the room was quiet , and the air conditioning worked very well. i especially liked the shower , a small detail that added to the experience.

the room was quite small , and i found the sink placed right at the entrance a bit strange. storage space was limited , i struggled to find room for my luggage. it was a minor inconvenience , but still noticeable.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices , offering something for every taste , i found it quite excellent. the coffee shop on site provided convenient access to drinks throughout the day , which i appreciated.

the breakfast had plenty of options and a comfortable dining area. naheel at the lobby desk facilitated a quick check-in after my long train travel.

I found the parking entry quite tight. It might suit only small cars.

I found the service to be excellent. The staff displayed genuine positivity. the location was perfect for my needs, with access to various destinations. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast selections. They had local items like bangers and bacon (and plenty of juices!).

i found that the shower drain in my bathroom emitted a bad odor. someone cleaned it, but the smell returned quickly. i decided against showering, disappointing.

The staff at the front desk were available to assist with check-in. I got a complimentary drink voucher as a returning guest, this was a nice touch. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions like Westminster Abbey (it was convenient to walk).

The breakfast area became crowded, and I had to queue for a while at the egg station, it was not optimal. I hope the hotel management considers this .

The room had modern tv with several channels, a safe for valuables. a fridge to store drinks. A rainfall shower was available in the bathroom area, and a nespresso machine with coffee pods was also present. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.
